Program Philosophy
Our team philosophy is based on four principles: individual development, team building, program support, and community involvement.
Improve the Individual: Each member of our Warrior Family will put in the work each season to maximize their potential as a coach or player.
Build the Team: Coaches and players will work together, prioritizing TEAM over SELF.
Establish the Program: The attitude and conduct of each player is expected to positively contribute to the overall reputation of the program and Troy High School as a whole. Coaches and players are accountable to each other 24 hours a day on and off the court.
Impact the Community: Ultimately, coaches and players seek to be role models and leaders outside of the gym, positively impacting the surrounding community.
